Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed because orders may already be in preparation, baking, or fulfillment. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or add a note, please contact us as soon as possible at scrumzcookies@gmail.com or through our Contact Form.

Order changes, address updates, and notes are not guaranteed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
