If there is an issue with your order (damage, missing items, or incorrect flavors), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product
Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for review.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion.

- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
